Mission Statement and Objectives
We are young minded South African IT Company and as such set to continue leaving our unique foot print on the South African market place.
Our strategy is to develop quality IT services and innovative technology solutions locally and abroad.
To do this in a uniquely community focused way by way of human capital development. We believe South Africans are as good, even better, than the rest. And we intend to prove that as we have been doing for the last 10 years. It is this that sets us apart.
For all the brilliance in the technologies and service delivery it is our people and the collective investment we make in one another that makes the JUMPCO contribution unique.
Practically that means we aim to: –
- Develop service teams in the major South African hubs. Currently our offices include Johannesburg and Cape Town.
- We wish to show case this offering beyond the borders of South Africa. Historically we have services Europe and other African clients. We would like to see this grow and will pursue.
- We aim to couple JumpStart Software Development Labs of innovation learning and research and development alongside these centers.
- We aim to harness this energy in software innovations for professional services, solutions, education and learning.
- We aim to grow, but having said that, we do not wish to grow for the sake of growth, numerically or financially. It is the ethos of who we are we wish to grow and the quality of what we do. This will not be compromised.
- We wish to attract only the ambitious and far sighted who share a vision that is encompassing, innovative and share the “bigger picture’ that will outlive us as an organization.
- We wish to develop a culture of shared risk and reward with financial schemes of remuneration that share the profit of the company’s success with everyone single spoke in the JUMPCO wheel that enables it to turn.
