JUMPCO has approximately 55 employees 52 of which are full time employees. The skills and combined experience of the group provides substantial collective Intellectual Property to address most solution challenges.
At any one time, the employee profile can be split into roughly 3 groups:
- Senior architecture or solution level (10 or more years appropriate experience): 10 Employees
- Experienced intermediate level: 15 Employees
- Junior and Jumpstart engineers: 25 Employees
We actively encourage individual employees to collect certifications for work our primary domains. The company currently holds over 100 formal certifications in these areas.
In addition JUMPCO hold strong ties with Global Partners with similar skills and expertise which allows JUMPCO to respond quickly and efficiently to resourcing requests
Our SETA-approved learnership called the JumpCo Programme is a sustainable skills-development Programme which takes young professionals, equips them with technical and professional skills and mentors them, through a mixture of guided study and on-the-job training.
We offer customers the option to participate in this Programme as a part of service engagements.
